Ingredients
65g butter
60g glucose
200g cooking chocolate
200ml whipping cream
Method
Melt butter and glucose in a double boiler. Add cooking chocolate and continue to double-boil until mixture is well blended. Remove mixture from the heat and stir in whipping cream.
Use fudge to sandwich the layers of cake. Coat the cake with the remaining fudge and create your own lattice design with a fork.
