Coffee-Flavoured Icing

Ingredients
150g butter (at room temperature)
250g icing sugar
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp cold milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp coffee essence


Method
Dissolve the instant coffee in the milk. Set aside. Cream butter until light and creamy, then gradually beat in icing sugar, adding a little of the coffee-flavoured milk. Add essences and continue to beat until light and fluffy.
