
Ingredients
2 cups prepared hot black coffee, leave aside to cool slightly
Castor sugar to taste
3/4 cup UHT milk
1/2 cup Kahlua (or any other coffee liqueur)
Whipping cream
Plenty of crushed ice
Method
Combine black coffee, milk and sugar in a shaker. Add the Kahlua and shake well. Pour into serving glasses and add crushed ice. Pipe whipping cream over the coffee and dust lightly with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
