Cointreau Coffee



Ingredients
2 tsp instant coffee granules
200ml hot water
1 tbsp castor sugar
1 tbsp Cointreau (orange liqueur)
1 tbsp rum

Garnishing:
1 slice orange peel
1 slice lemon peel
Light whipped cream
Method
Prepare strong black coffee by mixing coffee granules, hot water and sugar in a mug. Pour cointreau and rum into a coffee glass. Top up with prepared coffee and stir. Gently spoon or pipe whipped cream on the surface. Garnish with orange and lemon peel strips. Serve immediately
